As a massage Therapist, doula and mother ,I draw on both my professional background and personal journey navigating the pressures of modern lifestyle and stressful jobs. This awareness has shaped my focus on supporting women through ever stage : Pregnancy, Postpartum recovery, menopause and beyond.
My passion is women’s wellness through massage therapy. whether it is easing pregnancy discomfort, supporting postnatal rest & recovery soothing menopausal symptoms, my aim is to provide space for relaxation, and renewal.

I am a qualified Massage Therapist, certified Doula Support ,and a former care assistant with over 15 years of experience.
My background includes working as a care assistant, supporting elderly people living with dementia as well as young adults with physical and learning difficulties .Alongside this

I have Volunteered in a London Hospital offering massage Therapy to patients in cancer care and remission, including maternity wards in UCLH ‘s wellbeing room for staff. These experiences have deepened my understanding of holistic care and the many ways body and mind are connected.
