Pregnancy and birth are one of life’s biggest journeys. As your dedicated doula, I’m here to walk beside you with calm, practical, and emotional support — from bump to baby.

I provide evidence-based comfort measures, birth preparation, and continuous presence so you feel confident, heard, and cared for. Whether you’re planning a hospital, home, or birthing centre birth, my role is to nurture you, advocate for your choices, and help your partner feel supported too.

Because when you feel safe and supported, birth becomes a more empowering experience.

*What’s included:* Prenatal visits, birth planning, on-call support from 38 weeks, labour & birth support, and postnatal check-in.
